We at ODE BY OINDRILA & ARKA, pack all your orders in durable material to prevent wear-and-tear or breakage in transit. Our packing and logistics departments operate through the week leaving Sundays and Public Holidays. To ensure that your packages reach you in good condition and in time we only collaborate with reputed courier service providers.
We work on made to order basis, which means, a product is made only after the order has been received. Most orders take 10-14 working days to be made. Any custom orders may take longer, a delivery date for the same will be provided via email.
We provide free shipping across the country for standard delivery on prepaid orders.
Orders are delivered within 15-20 working days from the order date. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take longer.
All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before submitting.
Incase the delivery is not accepted in the first attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to borne by the customer.
